The files page will list no more than 100 files. Use search to find files.

Search does not have to be an exact match. Partial words are ok. It will search email addresses, filenames and descriptions.

Files are private by default, but a Public URL or Temp URL can be created.

The temp URL is for people that dont have access to your account.
If you have setup multi-user access for someone, that person doesnt need the temp url, they could just sign-in using their own username and download the file.

The custom description should have some keyword phrases so you can find the file at a later date.

You can grant access to your account to anyone that has already registered in the site.

Anyone granted access to your account can download/upload files. But they can only delete the files that they uploaded.
